I understand people are upset at the adoption plot line in the show B…
you have to remember it is Regina’s (Rumple and Cora’s) fault Henry exists and that Emma had to let him go. IN OUR real world a biological mother cannot just take away the child from the adoptive parents.
But this is a fairy tale based show. I guess what I’m trying to say is that our real world logic does not apply here. I believe Emma has a right to get her son back. because Henry would not have been put up for adoption, or existed for that matter, had Regina not cast the curse because of Rumple and had August not run away and left Emma when they were transported to our world.
It’s hard to separate our knowledge and logic from the situation but that’s just my thought.
Emma has a right to Henry if they go back to FairyTale Land. If they stay here after everything is resolved, then yes, paperwork needs to be filled out.
There is no doubt in me right now.. Henry’s dad is Bae. it’s the only explanation of why he believed August.
